FAVORITE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
We had a customer needing a portable toilet at a job site ASAP. This job site was in a remote location and the only vendor in the area was out of town and couldn't get anything out for 4-5 days. Because of the excellent relationships we have built in the surrounding areas I reached out to a vendor that is located 2 hours from this site to see if they knew of any other options. This vendor was amazing and offered to get this toilet delivered for me. Three hours after my original call the portable toilet was onsite two hours away. The relationships we make with not only our customers but also the companies that partner with make a difference.
